Purification scheme of the hydraulic system before the initial operation of the whole machine

before the initial operation of the excavator, the components of the hydraulic system will be filled with gas. The level of the experimental machine in the has three levels of 0.5/1/2 poles. When the machine acts, the oil pressure in the system rises, and the gas sealed in the pipeline is compressed to work, which makes the gas temperature rise suddenly, resulting in: the hydraulic oil oxidizes and deteriorates; Burn the sealing device and cause leakage; The hardness of the charred sealing device becomes higher and scratches the hydraulic cylinder; Burn the piston rod, etc

since the assembly environment of most manufacturing enterprises is open, the concentration of solid dust particles in the environment is large, which inevitably enters the hydraulic system, resulting in hydraulic system pollution

according to the above analysis, it is very necessary to purify the hydraulic system before the initial operation of the whole machine. Two purification schemes are introduced below

(1) external purification

make an external purification device (taking the bucket cylinder as an example), that is, the two high-pressure hoses connecting the bucket cylinder are connected with the A and B ends of the external purification device respectively. When the "cylinder extends" is operated, the hydraulic oil pumped from the main pump will bring the pollutants and gases in the system into the a end through the control valve and the high-pressure pipeline. After purifying the solid pollutants through the filter element B, it will enter the oil return pipeline through the A and B ends and flow back to the oil tank, So as to discharge the gas stored in the system pipeline; When operating the "cylinder retraction", the hydraulic oil pumped from the main pump will bring all pollutants and gases in the system into the B end through the control valve and the high-pressure pipeline. After the solid pollutants are purified by the filter element C, they will enter the oil return pipeline through the a end and flow back to the oil tank through the d end, realizing the discharge of the gas stored in the system pipeline. By repeatedly operating the bucket cylinder for 3~5min, the solid pollutants carried by the hydraulic oil itself and remaining in the inner cavity of each hydraulic component can be purified before being connected to the cylinder. At the same time, the closed gas in the high-pressure pipeline is discharged out of the system before being connected to the hydraulic cylinder after multiple cycles, so that the solid pollutants and gases in the system can be checked in the pipeline. At a new price, the following points will be applicable worldwide: the pipeline will be purified to the greatest extent before being connected to the hydraulic cylinder. After the operation, remove the purification device, connect the pipeline of the original hydraulic cylinder, and then run the hydraulic cylinder for 5~8 times with a stroke of 80%

the advantage of this scheme is that the solid pollutants in the system can be effectively discharged out of the hydraulic system after being filtered by the filter element in the external purification device, but the disadvantage is that a special external purification device needs to be made

(2) self purification

still take bucket cylinder as an example. Connect both ends of a high-pressure hose to the two high-pressure hoses connecting the bucket cylinder respectively. When the "cylinder extends" is operated, the hydraulic oil in the oil tank enters the main pump through the oil suction filter element, the filter element at the oil inlet of the main pump, and the filter element of the pilot oil circuit; The hydraulic oil pumped from the main pump flows into the oil tank together with the pollutants in the system through the control valve, high-pressure pipeline and high-pressure hose through the oil return pipeline, so that the pollutants in the oil tank are filtered by the oil suction filter element to purify the system; When operating "cylinder retraction", the system is also purified. Operate the bucket cylinder repeatedly for 3~5min, so that the solid pollutants carried by the hydraulic oil itself and remaining in the inner cavity of each hydraulic component can be purified for many times before being connected to the hydraulic cylinder; At the same time, the closed gas in the high-pressure pipeline has been discharged out of the system before being connected to the hydraulic cylinder after several cycles, so that the solid pollutants and gases in the system can be purified to the greatest extent before the pipeline is connected to the hydraulic cylinder

the advantage of this scheme is that there is no need to make a special purification device; The disadvantage is that the residual solid pollutants in the system are still left in the oil tank after being filtered by the oil absorption filter element

during the purification operation of the system, attention should be paid to: after the purification work is completed, the hydraulic cylinder pipeline should be relieved first, and then the structure should be disassembled.
